Did You Know?

- When in doubt, always refer to the Documents page for a complete view of our Bylaws, Declaration of Restrictions and Articles of Incorporation created for our HOA.
- Make sure your trash and recycle containers are stored in a place that is not visible from the street, except on your assigned trash pick-up day. This is enforced by the City (Code/Ordinance) and our HOA must comply. Being kept in your garage or behind a fence/wall is acceptable.
- Please be sure all trash or debris does not accumulate on the premises (again, this is strictly enforced by the City Code/Ordinance).
- We appreciate all you do to help keep the CVE community beautiful! Per both the HOA Declaration of Restrictions and City Codes - all homes, fences, lawns and gardens must be well maintained.
- Only passenger vehicles are allowed to be parked outside. Boats, trailers, campers, commercial vehicles, etc. need to be kept within your garage.
- Sheds and outbuildings are a great alternative to storing common outdoor tools and items. If you are interested or have installed a shed or outbuilding of any kind, please remember it must correspond in style, color and architecture as your home.
- If you get a new roof, it must be composition shingles and weather gray in color.
- Fences are to be constructed of wood - no chain link fences are allowed.
- All new/replacement structures must be approved in advance, in writing, by the HOA.
- Have you been on your newly paved path, updated bridges, new playground equipment and seating under the freshly updated shelter? Renovations continue to take place in Q1 2018!
- Access points: SE 3rd St. near the creek, Topaz Dr. near SE 5th St. & SE Onyx Cir.
Many thanks to one of our Directors on the Board, Joe O’Sullivan for all his hard work and dedication to making our common area look beautiful!
