Did You Know?

  1. When in doubt, always refer to the Documents page for a complete view of our Bylaws, Declaration of Restrictions and Articles of Incorporation created for our HOA.
  2. Make sure your trash and recycle containers are stored in a place that is not visible from the street, except on your assigned trash pick-up day.  This is enforced by the City (Code/Ordinance) and our HOA must comply.  Being kept in your garage or behind a fence/wall is acceptable.
  3. Please be sure all trash or debris does not accumulate on the premises (again, this is strictly enforced by the City Code/Ordinance).
  4. We appreciate all you do to help keep the CVE community beautiful!  Per both the HOA Declaration of Restrictions and City Codes - all homes, fences, lawns and gardens must be well maintained.
  5. Only passenger vehicles are allowed to be parked outside.  Boats, trailers, campers, commercial vehicles, etc. need to be kept within your garage.
  6. Sheds and outbuildings are a great alternative to storing common outdoor tools and items.  If you are interested or have installed a shed or outbuilding of any kind, please remember it must correspond in style, color and architecture as your home.
  7. If you get a new roof, it must be composition shingles and weather gray in color.
  8. Fences are to be constructed of wood - no chain link fences are allowed.
  9. All new/replacement structures must be approved in advance, in writing, by the HOA.
  10. Have you been on your newly paved path, updated bridges, new playground equipment and seating under the freshly updated shelter?  Renovations continue to take place in Q1 2018!
    • Access points: SE 3rd St. near the creek, Topaz Dr. near SE 5th St. & SE Onyx Cir.

Many thanks to one of our Directors on the Board, Joe O’Sullivan for all his hard work and dedication to making our common area look beautiful!
